People of all ages and artistic levels participate in JCAL's arts and education programs. Its a place to pursue creative expression, passionate learning and artistic development.
Art Workshops
Professional artists provide exposure to a wide of variety of art forms including theater, dance, ceramics, keyboard, cartooning and more. We offer over 40 different workshops for children, teens, adults and seniors to choose from.
Teen Spot
This after-school program provides young people a chance to learn new skills, develop individual talents, perform and exhibit their work, and explore art careers all within a safe and nurturing environment. Areas of study include visual arts, theater, and dance.
ARTventure
JCAL's educational programs go beyond its four walls. Led by professional teaching artists, ARTventure workshops supplement school curricular and organizational themes, by using art to reinforce learning. Interdisciplinary programming enhances the learning experience.
Family Fun Day Series
JCAL’s Family Fun Days offer families the opportunities to attend performance, participate in hands-on art activities, and much more.
